Overview All products sold through authorlilysmoon.com are delivered digitally—no physical shipping is involved. Every eBook is fulfilled securely via our trusted partner BookFunnel.com. This policy explains how delivery works, typical timeframes, and what to do if you run into trouble.

Delivery Email from BookFunnel Within minutes you'll get a second email from BookFunnel.com containing a secure download link. In some cases you'll be redirected to BookFunnel right after checkout. Access & Download Click the link, enter the email you used at purchase (and any password BookFunnel prompts for), then choose your preferred format—EPUB, PDF, or MOBI—for instant download to your device. Delivery timeframe: Most customers receive the BookFunnel email in under 5 minutes. If it hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

  • We sell digital products only—no print, POD, or other physical merchandise.
  • Because there are no packages to ship, there are no shipping fees or delivery delays due to carriers.
